Abstract

This article aim to understand the perspective of teachers in relation to the changes that occurred in their work with the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. As an instrument of data collection it was applied a questionnaire composed of open and closed questions, made available by Google Forms link in groups of teachers, co-workers and study in social networks. Information was collected from 22 teachers of public schools of basic education in the state of Rio de Janeiro, in the municipal, state or federal spheres, who worked during the pandemic period. From the data collected, graphs were elaborated for some questions, in addition to content analysis. With this, it became possible to identify some factors of fulfillment and/or professional (in)satisfaction during the period, how much this impacted on the teaching work, and how the school management was mobilized to stimulate the teachers.
