Organisation de la formation au métier de footballeur professionnel en France
Resumo
The organization of the formation of professional football players in France is marked by the multiplicity of structures. For children over fifteen years, formation centers of professional football clubs seem to be an essential step. But the period of pre-formation for young footballers from 11 to 15 may proceed in manners very different. Young people can join the school (SSS), the professional clubs, the Federal centers (Pôle Espoir), or the private sector (Academy). Behind the common goal announced (the formation of the future player) and behind the various partnerships that can be formed between these structures, each one seems in fact guided by a specific logic: sporting goals for the clubs, economical logic for the academies, paternalistic design for the federation and educational one for school.
