Instituto Incluir: a formação no esporte do projeto Brasil Diversidade
Abstract
The main objective of this article is to present a reflection on the Brasil Diversidade project in the formative and inclusive aspect through the sport of the Instituto Importar, respecting social rights and having education against barbarism as a central point. This diversity of options was discussed methodologically and theoretically in the light of Adorno's Critical Philosophy as the main lens for problematizing inclusion in education, from the perspective of reflection on sports educational training, as well as other authors in the area, in order to to build an emancipatory knowledge about training and inclusion in contemporary society. This article sought to launch, through data collection, the analysis of a documentary report and random testimonials from family members of people with or without disabilities who participated throughout the years 2021 and 2022 in the Brasil Diversity project. Therefore, it was possible to identify the political tensions as well as the potential stimulus for the promotion of inclusion within the Brazil Diversity project of the Institute to include. This reflects the possibilities within sports training, in which it is possible to affirm its contribution to the transformation and democratization of the inclusive process of plural, welcoming and human spaces for all people with or without disabilities in contemporary Brazilian society.
