Based on an identified research gap, this study had a double objective: to identify which are the highest and lowest priority criteria of the OCB, WS and JS of workers in a city hall in the Midwest of RS, outlining improvement actions for the criteria less prioritized. Using the AHP method, 233 workers from a city hall participated in the study. The results revealed the most and least prioritized criteria, and improvement actions can be traced for the latter, as well as the OCB's perception of spirituality and satisfaction. Contributions are discussed and a research agenda is suggested.
