Résumé

The proposal of the present research is to analize the Pan-American Games 2007 from a supporters point of view, with the aim to improve the elements of the spectators service which were approved and don’t repeat the failures in future events. Therefore were applied interviews with questionnaires with visitors of the events of the Pan 07. The article describes the profile of this spectators of a sporting mega-event and the evaluation of the fans. The supporters had the main concerns about tickets, information and security.
