Preparation of an ebook relating the use of visagism with aesthetic planning in dentistry

Abstract

The goal of incorporating Visagism into dental aesthetics is to go beyond simply improving the appearance of teeth and gums, it is to create smiles that perfectly match the individual's facial features, enhancing their harmony and overall facial beauty. By considering the relationship between teeth, lips, and facial structure, dentists can achieve results that not only look good but also support the function and health of the oral cavity. By integrating the principles of Visagism into treatment planning, dentists can offer patients personalized solutions that improve facial aesthetics while promoting oral health and function. In this work is a study of how this in practice can help the dental practice, through the elaboration of a digital E-book where the dental surgeon uses the basic concepts of Visagism to assist in the treatment of patients who seek better aesthetics. For this we consider that the creation of this eBook is of paramount importance for the academic environment, because in addition to serving as a comprehensive guide, it addresses theoretical and practical foundations to facilitate the day-to-day of the office.
