Cultura e comportamentos de cidadania organizacional em uma Instituição de Ensino Superior
Uma aplicação de modelagem de equações estruturais

This study aimed to analyze how different cultural characteristics impact Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Higher Education Institutions. The sample consisted of 401 employees from a Federal University. The questionnaire utilized the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) scale and OCB. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed. As a result, a predominance of hierarchical and clan cultures was observed, along with high OCB scores. It was concluded that OCB-I is positively influenced by clan cultures (H1a), adhocratic cultures (H3a), and market cultures (H4a), while OCB-O is influenced by clan cultures (H1b), hierarchical cultures (H2a), and adhocratic cultures (H3b).
