Abstract

During the occidental/Christian middle ages the world knew the flowering of the culture and Arabian Empire that was headed ideologically by the Islamism. Muhammad (Mahomet) after the revelation from Gabriel Angel in the desert began his preaching and he would be the only prophet of a new religion. His doctrine was able to be passed because of the oral tradition that already existed in Arabian Peninsula and surroundings. Various cities were visited by poets who perpetuated their tradition through one specific metric which helped the Prophet to establish the Muslin religion. So, the objective of this article is to show the influence of literature and the oral tradition in the organization of this important empire.
