Abstract

Turkey keeps investing in its relationship with muslims countries, from where many islamist groups emergs with values against ocidental values, helping the States or groups against the State - but not radical groups considered terrorist as ISIS - depending on its interest in each country, but almost always using the humanitarian help to start or keep a relationship. This approach by helping people who suffers because of war is regarded its economic, political strategic interest to increase its influence to become a global player . Some points will be noted in this text but with no intention to cover all reasons about why this country is important and how it acts to be on the game.
