Key factors in family dairy agribusiness growth

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar os conjuntos de combinações das condições causais que levam as agroindústrias familiares de produtos derivados de leite na Mesorregião Oeste Catarinense ao crescimento econômico, utilizando variáveis de quatro constructos teóricos –Gestão de Recursos, Instituições, Gestão de Processos e Relacionamento com o Consumidor. A Análise Qualitativa Comparativa Crisp-set (csQCA) revelou três equações simplificadas que representam o aumento da maturidade das agroindústrias rumo ao crescimento econômico. A “Combinação Básica para o Crescimento” sugere que agroindústrias podem compensar a falta de investimentos financeiros com políticas governamentais fortes, eficiência financeira, feedback dos clientes e tecnologia. A “Combinação Intermediária e Direcionada à Agregação de Valor” indica crescimento com estratégias de vendas agregando valor e políticas governamentais, sem depender de grandes orçamentos de marketing ou alta tecnologia. A “Combinação Complexa Direcionada a Estratégias Internas” mostra que, mesmo sem apoio governamental, eficiência financeira e estratégias de vendas diferenciadas são essenciais.
