Resumo

This article systematizes the construction of conceptual frameworks and proposes an explicit methodological procedure for their development. A systematic literature review is conducted using a qualitative interpretive approach, followed by thematic coding, integrative synthesis, and analytical reconstruction of recurrent stages. Core operations, disciplinary variations, and deductive, inductive, and abductive logics were identified, resulting in an eight-stage methodological framework organized into three analytical layers. The proposal makes analytical decisions, minimum criteria, and validation mechanisms explicit, enhancing transparency, comparability, rigor, and reproducibility in the development of conceptual frameworks across different research contexts.
