The study aims to analyze the factors that encourage the intention and behavior of using the virtual learning environment (VLE) in remote education, under the student's perception. A sample of 89 undergraduate students in the business area was analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings indicate that the performance expectancy and the facilitating conditions are associated with the behavioral intention of use, while this is associated with the use behavior. In addition, the benefits of facilitating conditions in the behavioral intention of use are amplified when the student perceives self-efficacy in the use of technological devices.
