COWORKING ENVIRONMENTS TO POTENTIALIZE INNOVATION

The aim of this research is to investigate the predisposition to innovation in coworking environments. With regard to methodology, it presents a qualitative and quantitative approach. In the quantitative research, data were collected through questionnaires and descriptive statistics, univariate analysis procedures and Bonferroni method with alpha = 0.05 were used. Regarding qualitative research, semi-structured interviews were conducted with managers of companies located in a coworking environment and categorical content analysis was adopted. As a result, it was possible to evidence the occurrence of innovation in companies installed in coworking environments, as well as to suggest strategies to potentialize this predisposition.
