Subepiglottic cysts may cause airway obstruction and/or dysphagia. Intralesional formaldehyde application has been successfullydone using double application. This paper describes treatment using a single application. This procedure minimizes complications
related to scar tissue formation and general anesthesia, and allows earlier return to athletic activity.
