Abstract

Testimony written in 1992 and published in mid-1994 by UNESCO initiative in the preparations for the International Conference on Women, Peace and Development, held in Beijing in 1995. Yet unpublished in Brazil, duly authorized by the author to integrate this issue of the journal Abril.
