The study presents the analysis of the narratives "Quixote" (short story) and Bom dia, camaradas (novel), respectively by Alfredo Garcia and Ondjaki, aiming to establish some guidelines found in narratives that bring together a protagonist-narrator whose perspective is that of the individual in his childhood, in association with recalling processes that imply the game between history and fiction, related to the figurations of state violence.
