Abstract

Following a brief study on the reception of this epistolographic gender and on that of the fifth proselike letter by Camões, I aim to show the opportunity of editing this gender in general and specifically the fifith letter among those already accepted as written by Camões in editorial tradition. We propose a reading of Por que nem tudo seja falar-vos de siso.
