Desenvolvimento de um Modelo Empreendedor de Gestão

Abstract

O artigo propõe um Modelo Empreendedor de gestão fundamentado, por um lado, no exame das duas correntes da literatura que se dedicam ao estudo do empreendedorismo, a saber, a economia e a administração, e, por outro, no aprendizado obtido a partir de estudos de caso, tanto no setor privado, como na administração públicas.  Quando se estuda a literatura sobre empreendedorismo produzido no campo da administração, constata-se que a abordagem predominante tem sido a de enfatizar um aspecto, ou dimensão, do fenômeno empreendedor, como a figura do empreendedor, o processo de gestão, a exploração de oportunidades, a intuição, a criatividade e a experiência. O modelo proposto inova ao argumentar que é não somente possível, mas necessário, integrar essas diferentes correntes para se formular um Modelo Empreendedor de Gestão que seja realmente eficaz para explicar a dinâmica do processo empreendedor. Argumenta-se que a formulação desse modelo é importante, tanto para referencial analítico para o estudo de casos, de sucesso ou não, como para orientar iniciativas empreendedoras, tanto no setor privado como no setor público, aumentando suas chances de êxito.
