Abstract

The quality on educational sector, especially at superior teaching, has been the target of a series of measures by the governmental authority. Nevertheless, these measures are privileging actions out of the results, distants, therefore, of the guidings principles of continuous improvement specified at Kaizen, base to execution of the total quality, that proclaim the action out of processes, in the perspective of attending the necessities and desires of clients. Considering the KAIZEN, the present study shows a model for an execution of continuous improvement in the teaching of administration, at the institutions of superior teaching.
