Abstract

This article presents an experience report of a socio-educational workshop developed in 2019, in the Feminist Epistemology discipline, of the Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Social Work at the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (PPSS-PUC-GO), which resulted in the making of abayomis dolls. The activity had as general objective to propose a discussion about gender, class and race from the rescue of Afro-Brazilian culture. The methodological development, anchored in Moreira (2015), contributed to critical thinking about non-traditional methodologies. The results indicate that the qualification strategy contributed to the strengthening of discussions about black feminism.
