Aspectos éticos da liderança em uma empresa farmacêutica

Resumo

Este caso de ensino busca desmistificar a liderança heroica ao discutir o dilema gerencial entre a ética e o desempenho em uma multinacional farmacêutica. Com entrevista semiestruturada e análise documental, com foco na gestão de um colaborador-chave em crise de dependência química. Revelam-se os trade-offs das decisões adaptativas e suas consequências ambíguas: sobrecarga, frustração e recaída do colaborador. Evidenciamos que a gestão de problemas complexos não tem soluções no comando e controle. Fomenta-se a reflexão sobre os limites da liderança em incerteza, o custo humano das escolhas e a importância da inteligência emocional, do raciocínio indutivo e da flexibilidade cognitiva na adaptabilidade gerencial.
