DIÁLOGO COM NELSON TEIXEIRA DE CARVALHO SOBRE A GÊNESE E O DESENVOLVIMENTO DO ENCONTRO FLUMINENSE DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA ESCOLAR

Abstract

In the dialogue established in this interview with professor Nelson Teixeira de Carvalho, I had the opportunity and the honor of reviving with him a part of the history of today’s Institute of Physical Education – IEF of Universidade Federal Fluminense – UFF, especially in what concerns the idealization, organization and realization of the “Fluminense School Physical Education Meeting” – EnFEFE. Idealized in the 80’s by a group of professors who at that time were part of the graduate program of the then Department of Physical Education and Sport – GEF at UFF. The Meeting will be held for the first time in 1996, with the intention of providing, to the teacher of physical education, whose field of action is the school, a space for him to present an account of the experiences they have in their classes. Intent that remains today.
