O texto discute a relação entre culturas, ou interculturalidade, na perspectiva da Geografia humanista, enfocando, principalmente, a fenomenologia e o existencialismo. Insere, também, elementos teóricos e conceituais das Geografias feministas. O objetivo principal é discutir as relações e os distanciamentos cotidianos de sujeitos portadores de cultura e identidade, que reflete no preconceito e na discriminação vivida no dia-a-dia das relações nos diferentes espaços sociais. Entende, assim, os espaços relacionais cotidianos como lugares de encontro de diversidades de sujeitos portadores de cultura cujos corpos já se definem como interseccionais e, assim, híbridos de cultura. Propõe uma pedagogia geográfica de construção de espaços de reconhecimento das diferentes culturas a partir da evidencia existencial da interculturalidade, já contida nos corpos em relação.
