Abstract

The analysis of this article - comprehension and interpretation of text - is based on two articles of Patrick Charaudeau, published in 1995 and in 2018. In the first article, he analyses the process in order to understand what is the intention of the subject, through the observation of the chosen words by the subject and their uses in the texts. In the article of 2018 he intends to observe these concepts through an interdisciplinary treatment by making a comparison between the traditional hermeneutic treatment and that of the sciences of language, by the analysis in the Semiolinguistic Theory of Discourse.

Maria Aparecida Lino Pauliukonis, Faculdade de Letras da UFRJ

Professora Titular de Língua Portuguesa da Faculdade de Letras da UFRJ, é Graduada em Letras (Português- Inglês) pela Faculdade Estadual de Filosofia, Ciências e Letras de Franca- campus avançado da USP, Mestre em Literatura pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP), Doutora em Língua Portuguesa pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), com Pós- Doutorado em Análise do Discurso pela Universidade Paris 13, sob a supervisão de Patrick Charaudeau. Na Faculdade de Letras da UFRJ, atua desde 1982 na Graduação e também na Pós-Graduação nas áreas de Lingüística do texto, língua e ensino, com ênfase em estudos textuais e discursivos ; desenvolve pesquisas e tem publicações em Semântica lexical, Linguística do Texto e Análise do discurso de base comunicacional. Coordena o Laboratório de pesquisa CIAD- Rio (Círculo Interdisciplinar de Análise do discurso) com pesquisadores da UFRJ, UFF e UERJ, desenvolvendo Projeto sobre "Modalização e Enunciação no discurso midiático e literário". É Líder do Grupo de Pesquisa em Análise do Discurso certificado pelo CNPq. Foi Coordenadora do Programa de Pós- Graduação em Letras Vernáculas da UFRJ de 2010- 2012; tem orientado vários alunos de Graduação - Iniciação científica - e de Pós - Graduação- Mestrado, Doutorado- além de supervisionar também estágio de Pós- Doutorado.
