Abstract

The object of this paper is to analyze the loss of domestic sovereignty in Haiti with the perpetuation of MINUSTAH while international-legal sovereignty is maintained, especially after the earthquake of 2010. Take as hypothesis loss of internal sovereignty, in parallel with the coexistence of international-legal sovereignty. Based on Bodin sovereignty concept and also based on the possibility of intervention illustrated by Vatell, and demonstrating how was the loss of domestic sovereignty in Haiti with the 2010 earthquake and the perpetuation of MINUSTAH, analyze, in this context and on the point of view of Krasner, the permanence and existence of international-legal[...].
