CAMPO DE REFUGIADOS: PARADIGMA DO ESTADO DE EXCEÇÃO

This article aims to look into the situation in the refugee camps, in order to examine the possibility of this scenario relate to the assumptions of the state of exception. For the purposes of this article, it is understood as exception a state in which human beings are reduced to mere biological existence, with no political power and no rights. The refugee shall be understood as the one who deprives himself of a normal life, protected by their state of origin and guaranteed by all human rights, and flees to another country in order to ensure their survival.
