ANÁLISE DAS DINÂMICAS DE CULTIVO DE COCA NA COLÔMBIA AO LONGO DO PROCESSO DE PAZ COM AS FARC (2012-2016)

Abstract

Considering the recently signed “Final Agreement to End the Armed Conflict and Build a Stable and Lasting Peace”, the present work aims to comprehend the ways in which coca-related public policies of Colombia were improved during the 2012-2016 Peace Process with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC, in Spanish). The objective is to observe the implementation level of coca substitution and eradication policies, and to analyze their possible impacts in the dynamics of coca cultivation in the country during the negotiation years.
