The case portrays policies of consumer engagement adopted by Armazém Paraíba and contextualizes the black Friday strategy adopted by the company that led it to implement engagement's strategies. From measurements to understand the customers profile and their needs, connections and actions were established to improve the relationship between consumer and company. The case raises discussions on the role of the client to improve the services and success of the organizations through a rewards/bonus system, resulting in successful actions that highlight the importance of communication to strengthen the link with the organization and prioritize them as the core of the strategies.
