THE LIFE HISTORY IN THE FIELD OF ADMINISTRATION

This article aims to map the evolution of the debate and the uses of the life history methodology of the field Administration. Moreover, to highlight aspects of the use of this approach and present suggestions of paths to be travel. A literature review that analyzed articles presented in the ENANPADs conference and national journals — from 2001 to 2020. Besides contributing suggestions of possible paths to beginners of this method, the results present the current panorama of national research with the use of the life history method.
