Elements for the enlightened socialization of the master's in Administration

Abstract

The purpose of this essay - applicable, descriptive, qualitative and interpretive - is to provide critical content for the enlightened academic socialization of students entering the master's in administration, discussing the genesis, scope and implications of regulations and other elements of the structure of the scientific field in the area; from the perspective of a selected set of theoretical perspectives. The material was applied, with results guaranteed by the deepening of the discussions highlighted at the end of the article.
