The Covid-19 pandemic imposed challenges on the Human Resources (HR) function. This research analyzed the perceptions of workers at a technology company about the HR practices adopted during the pandemic. Data from the interview with the HR Manager and from the People Management Policies Perception Scale (EPPGP) questionnaire, answered by 52 professionals from the Alpha organization, indicate levels of agreement in Recruitment and Selection practices, Involvement and Working Conditions. On the other hand, low levels of agreement were identified regarding Training and Development, Performance Assessment, and Compensation practices, highlighting opportunities for improving HR policies and practices in the face of the impacts of the pandemic on labor relations.
