Abstract

The case for teaching portrays the expansion of Credifoz and the dilemma related to the selection of leadership profile for its units. It has a true plot with fictional elements. Each topic presents information related to the dilemma of growth in your area with people leadership. The goal is to reflect on leadership in a competitive and challenging environment, with teams in distinct stages of development aligned with a philosophy based on principles of cooperativism. To use in management and leadership development disciplines in undergraduate and graduate courses in administration and in the development of managers in other organizations.
