An Analysis of Scientific Production Published in National Scientific Journals Indexed in SPELL

The purpose of this research was to investigate the behavior and tendency of the formation of social networks and the scientific production of the theme Corporate Governance published in scientific journals indexed in the electronic library SPELL, since the Enron scandal in 2001. Bibliometric and sociometric techniques were used. in 1,121 articles. It was found: The keywords networks highlight the themes: audit, bibliometrics, BM&Fbovespa, Brazil, board of directors, performance, disclosure, dissemination, brazilian companies, family businesses, strategy, ownership structure, evidencing, earnings management, governance, market capital, corporate social responsibility, risk, sustainability, agency theory, transparency and market value.
