The aim of this study was to identify and analyze the strategic resources mapped and assimilated by stricto sensu graduate programs (PPGs) for an internationalization process. Used factor analysis, linear regression and anova. Envision four groups of factors that support and guide the important and decisive strategic resources for the process of internationalization of PPGs: innovation and HR; scientific research; international experience and partnership; and marketing and branding. The strategic resources identified and analyzed in this research contribute so that PPGs can be more aware of which competitive resources can be prominent for the internationalization process.
