Plataformas digitais e comportamento de reciclagem entre universitários

Bilhões de toneladas de resíduos são gerados anualmente, com projeções de crescimento, o que torna essencial compreender os fatores que promovem a reciclagem. Este estudo investigou o papel moderador do uso de plataformas digitais na relação entre a Teoria do Comportamento Planejado e a reciclagem. Analisaram-se dados de 219 estudantes de graduação por meio de modelagem de equações estruturais. Os resultados mostram que a atitude não influencia diretamente o comportamento, que é explicado principalmente por custos percebidos, conveniência da infraestrutura e normas subjetivas. O uso de plataformas digitais reduziu o efeito dos custos e da conveniência, contrariando expectativas teóricas.
