Resumo

Este estudo objetiva aprofundar a compreensão da aprendizagem experiencial (Kolb, 1984) na educação empreendedora, analisando as práticas experienciais e teorias de aprendizagem associadas. Atende à lacuna de fundamentação educacional para o empreendedorismo. A pesquisa adota o método da revisão integrativa da literatura. Identificou-se seis categorias de práticas experienciais. Observou-se que há uma integração com outras teorias de aprendizagem para abordar as lacunas da teoria de aprendizagem experiencial e proporcionar experiências de aprendizagem autênticas. Este estudo fornece aos pesquisadores e educadores um quadro conceitual robusto, facilitando o desenvolvimento de abordagens experienciais à educação empreendedora e abrindo novos caminhos para futuras pesquisas.

Fabiana de Agapito Kangerski, Federal University of Santa Catarina, Technological Center, Post-Graduation Program in Engineering and Knowledge Management

She holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Administration from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), a specialization in Pedagogical Training for Teaching in Professional and Technological Education, and a degree in Professional and Technological Education. Currently, she is a doctoral student in the Post-Graduate Program in Engineering and Knowledge Management (EGC) at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), focusing on Knowledge Media. She is a member of the Study Center on Intelligence, Management, and Technologies for Innovation at UFSC. Since 2011, she has been a tenured professor at the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina, where she engages in teaching, research, and extension activities. She also has 15 years of experience in a third-sector organization, where she carried out administrative and managerial activities at the Social Service of Commerce (SESC/SC). Research interests: experiential education, innovation in education, entrepreneurial education, social innovation, social entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, and sustainability

Léa Paula Vanessa Xavier Corrêa de Morais, a Federal University of Santa Catarina, Technological Center, Post-Graduation Program in Engineering and Knowledge Management

Agronomist Engineer from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (2011) and holds a Master's in Tropical Agriculture from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (2015). She has been a staff member at the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Mato Grosso since 2012, where she worked in Management, Leadership, and Governance, focusing on the area of university extension. She served as the Manager of Ativa Business Incubator at IFMT, working in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial education, and innovation. She is currently also a doctoral candidate in the Postgraduate Program in Engineering and Knowledge Management at the Federal University of Santa Catarina

Andreia de Bem Machado, Federal University of Santa Catarina, Technological Center, Post-Graduation Program in Engineering and Knowledge Management

Andréia de Bem Machado has a PhD in Engineering and Knowledge Management. Postdoctoral fellow at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. Evaluator of the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Ministry of Education Brazil). She is an Ad Hoc evaluator of National and International Journals. Evaluator in the PNLD Infantile Education program. Consultant in the production of low vision UNESCO teaching material. She has been working in the educational field for over 25 years. She is part of the scientific committee of national and international journals. Currently the areas of study are: innovation, innovation in the public sector, entrepreneurship, smart cities, education, special education and digital pedagogical model. She likes to innovate in the art of researching and disseminating knowledge.

Gertrudes Aparecida Dandolini, Federal University of Santa Catarina, Technological Center, Post-Graduation Program in Engineering and Knowledge Management

Dr. Gertrudes Aparecida Dandolini holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Production Engineering and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics, all from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Brazil. She is currently a full Professor at the Federal University of Santa Catarina at the Postgraduate Program in Engineering and Knowledge Management (PPGEGC) of the Department of Knowledge Engineering. She was the Coordinator of the PPGEGC between 2016 and 2019 and is one of the leaders of the research group on Innovation, Management and Information Technology (IGTI/UFSC) and a member of the research group on knowledge, learning, and organizational memory – KLOM/UFSC). Her research themes are mainly Front End of Innovation, Innovation Management, Social Innovation, Knowledge Management and Entrepreneurship, Practical Wisdom, and Network Learning. She has more than 400 publications among articles, books, and book chapters, and has executed several research/extension projects, especially in the context of the public sector (in the area of Education and Public Security).
