Abstract

Abstract - Biotechnology emerges as a mechanism for the development of humanity that seeks the optimization of goods and services that human experience itself has understood as essential. It is important to point out that there is a legislative provision regarding the fair and equitable sharing of the benefits obtained with regard to genetic manipulation and therefore it is essential to consider the legal and ethical limits of its use.
