MOVIMENTO DE FAVELAS E PERIFERIAS DO RIO DE JANEIRO EM 2020

Abstract

This article aims to briefly describe two demonstrations that took place between May and July 2020, both organized by the Favelas na Luta Movement. As well as their pandemic context caused by the coronavirus and the notoriety of the anti-racist debate on the global axis. We will use this qualitative data to articulate a theoretical apparatus that helps us understand important points of these mobilizations through culture and feelings. The research methodology and empirical data were collected and constructed through continuous observation and description of the social networks of the Favelas Na Luta Movement.
