O CERCAMENTO E O CONFLITO URBANO ENTRE A IGREJA E OS MORADORES DE RUA EM CAMPOS DOS GOYTACAZES-RJ

Abstract

In this essay we search to think in the city and the emotions through the fenced of São Benedito’s Church in Campos dos Goytacazes, where there is a conflict created between the Church and the homeless that makes permanent use of the space to be fenced. With the concepts of public and private, were analysed the perceptions in this urban space in conflict and the social interactions presents trhough virtual ethnography, where the digital medias are taked like a observation camp. The segregation of spaces from walls, bars and fences became quite commons objetcs in brazilian cities, convey feelings of insecurity, fear and social exclusion increasingly frequentes in the urban society.
