Erratum, non-erratum and disquiet

Thinking about the relationships between poetry and error also allows us to think about the relationship between poetry (and poetic prose) and error, but also about the supposed erratum of a text and the need that an author may have (Fernando Pessoa, for example) to conceive a list of Non-Erratum to avoid the incorrect correction of some sentences or fragments. It also allows thinking about the error from an editing point of view, differentiating error from anomaly, and from a translation point of view, admitting omissions and new emphases. Finally, it is possible to propose some reflections on texts that do not have a certain order and that invite to be read without a pre- -established order, because in these texts the act of wandering is even more intrinsic to the act of reading. These final thoughts allow us to move from the Livro do Dessassossego to Permanente obra negra, by Vivian Abenshushan.
