A construção de relações interpessoais no ambiente de trabalho para a população LGBTQIAPN+: Revisão Integrativa

Abstract

The study to carry out an integrative review of studies that address the construction of interpersonal relationships in the work environment from the perspective of the LGBTQIA+. This is an integrative review, carried out from August 2021 to July 2022, using articles, theses, monographs and dissertations published between 2012-2022, in English, Spanish and Portugues. The searches were carried out in the databases SCOPUS (Elsevier©), Web Of Science (Clarivate©), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Catalog of Theses and Dissertations of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) and Google Scholar Web Search. 186 scientific studies were collected and after selection and screening based on the inclusion criteria, 24 studies were selected, from Brazil, USA, Holland, Sweden, Portugal, Italy, Colombia and the United Kingdom. According to the scientific literature, interpersonal relationships for the LGBTQIA+ population, influenced by social and political dynamics reproduced in the work environment. Such as: distinguished recognition and unequal power relations based on sexuality, cases of prejudice, violence, discrimination, harassment, intolerance and suffering in the labor market. Which impact on the functioning and performance of companies and their respective employees, in addition to generating complex impacts on the health of their workers. The study reveals the importance and need for initiatives, actions and institutional policies in the pursuit of valuing organizational diversity, inclusion and the construction of healthy work environments. Including the fight against discrimination based on gender and sexuality.
