CONSIDERAÇÕES SOBRE ASSÉDIO MORAL

Abstract

This essay aims to bring to light some reflections on the moral harassment that permeates working relationships at the university. Focusing on gender violence, we propose a discussion about the most subtle or unveiled attitudes of embarrassment that are faced daily by women faculty or university staff. With this objective, we make some notes on gender violence and moral harassment, contemplating legal aspects of the latter. We hope to raise some discussions on the subject as well as draw attention to changes in behavior necessary for a coexistence permeated by justice and equity between women and men.
