The objective of this text was to analyze gender and intersectional inequality in the Brazilian labor market, considering the economic and health crises of COVID-19. Using probability models, it was estimated how the fact of being a woman and being black had an impact on economic participation, unemployment and informality, using the Continuous PNAD from 2012 to 2020. In the case of the health crisis, there is a worsening in the gender and intersectional gap with regard to labor protection, but the results are divergent in the other indicators.
