This article aims to understand the perspective of healthcare professionals in training regarding child sexual abuse perpetrated by women against boys, addressing gender and transgenerational dynamics that affect the care of male victims. It investigates how gender conceptions may influence this group's perspectives on cases of sexual violence against boys. Through focus groups with medical and psychology students (from the 6th semester onwards), followed by transcription and content analysis of the interactions, gender barriers, training issues, and emotional-technical unpreparedness were identified, highlighting the need for Continuing Education in Health.
