Abstract

Considering hospitality as the antithesis of hostility, generating and maintaining positive social relationships based on human values, the scarcity of studies addressing hospitality for the LGBTI+ community and the lack of systematization on existing forms of hostility, this research aimed to analyze manifestations of hospitality and hostility in national and international publications. Based on a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and Content Analysis, 334 documents were examined. The results reinforce the relevance of hospitality as a lens for understanding phenomena related to the LGBTI+ community and the inseparability between hostility and hospitality at this thematic intersection.
