Diversidades de gênero: problematizações sobre as estratégias de governamento no mercado de trabalho

This article aims to problematize governance strategies present in initiatives to expand the hiring of gender diversity in an agribusiness multinational with branches in Brazil. To produce the text, we used interviews with people who work with the inclusion of this population in the company, as well as reports that focus on initiatives on this topic within the institution. To analyze the data, we based ourselves on the problematization concept-tool in Michel Foucault. This research shows us the importance of putting on hold the questions that permeate this inclusion based on neoliberal rationality, and how much such initiatives are based on a market vision.
