    Passagens. Revista Internacional de História Política e Cultura Jurídica está empenhada em ampliar o acesso para novos leitores e interessados em nosso conteúdo.

    Iniciamos a publicação do primeiro fascículo do volume 16 com a inclusão de resumos em alemão.

    Nossa política é apresentar resumos muito bem feitos e claros, em vários idiomas. Como o público leitor é majoritariamente acadêmico, os interessados podem acessar e procurar ler os artigos na versão original.

    The editors of Passagens Editors. International Journal of Political History and Legal Culture participated in an important event for scientific journals: Global Summit on Access Abierto Diamante, held by the Latin American and Caribbean Network (Redalyc), in October 2023.
    We signed the document "Conclusions of the IV Redalyc Conference of Journal Editors/ Manifesto sobre la Ciencia como Bien Público Global: Access Abierto no Comercial".

  • Changes in publishing rules

    The Edtorial board of Passagens. International Journal of Political History and Legal Culture is debating two necessary changes to the 'Publication Rules'. 1st) limitation of the number of bibliographic references. We will not accept articles with more than 10 bibliographic references indispensable for the development of the theme and methodology of the articles. 2nd) limitation of the number of authors (co-authors). We are considering including in the submission rules the requirement that the co-authros´s article results from research, linked to a research institution and that it contains a detailed description of the insertion of each researcher in the writing of the research results.       Dear Authos and Readers: We are still not convinced about the validity of preprinting articles for humanist studies.
    In the meantime, we are working on publishing opinion articles on the NOS-Núcleo Observando

    Parabenizamos nosso colega Daniel Fessler, da Universidad de la República (Uruguay), e colaborador de Passagens. Revista Internacional de História Política e Cultura Jurídica, pela boa recepção de seu livro: "Delito y castigo en Uruguay (1907 - 1934), ganhador do premio Bartolomé Hidalgo 2021, categoria de melhor livro de História, 2021. O prêmio foi concedido pela  Cámara Uruguaya del Libro, e foi postulado pela Fundación de Cultura Universitaria do Uruguai.
