Creativity is a crucial human phenomenon for innovation and progress. Its development requires an interdisciplinary approach that considers both internal and external factors to the individual. Neolearning, based on contemporary educational theories, promotes an active and reflective approach centered on the learner. The main objective is to discuss how Neo-learning can act in the management and development of creativity-generating factors in learning environments. The adopted methodology includes an integrative literature review and a content analysis based on the steps described by Bardin (2016). Relevant articles were analyzed and organized into eight thematic categories: Environmental Factors, Cognitive and Learning Factors, Diversity, Emotional Factors, Engagement, Leadership, Social Factors, and Time. The analysis revealed that Neo-learning can develop creativity-generating factors present in the eight identified categories. The study concludes that Neo-learning is effective in creating an environment that stimulates creativity, essential for the formation of leaders and the resolution of complex problems. The integrative approach and data triangulation reinforce the validity and reliability of the results, indicating that Neo-learning is a viable strategy for developing creativity in various contexts.
