Vol. 1 No. 1 (2021): Final Works Collection of Lato Sensu Graduate Program in Legal Residence 1st Class 2018/2021 (PRJ), UFF/VR
In 2018, the Federal Fluminense University, Volta Redonda campus, through its Law Department, instituted its first specialization course: the Lato Sensu Postgraduate Course in Legal Residency (PRJ). At the end of the course, residents must develop and defend a final paper. In this sense, the work of Class 1, defended and approved with the highest grade and indication of publication, can be found in this collection, which we are proud and pleased to release for research.
