Este artigo analisa as possibilidades de organização e de ação coletiva dos trabalhadores no capitalismo de plataforma. As características do trabalho sob demanda por meio de aplicativos e do crowdwork criam dificuldades para os trabalhadores expressarem as sua voz e para organizarem mobilizações, negociações e greves. Existem iniciativas de ação coletiva por meio de estruturas tradicionais, como sindicatos e cooperativas. Entretanto, diversas articulações ocorrem por meio de outros instrumentos, como fóruns online, redes sociais e canais de comunicação instantânea. Independentemente do meio escolhido pelos trabalhadores, é essencial garantir a sua participação nos debates sobre a construção de um modelo de proteção social capaz de lhes oferecer condições de trabalho e de vida adequadas.
